Returns & Refunds Policy

Introduction

At Meem, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the process for returning items and obtaining a refund.

Returns

Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-returnable Items:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Customized products

Return Process:

2. Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible.
3. Include the original packing slip and indicate the reason for the return.

Refunds

Processing:

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 days.

Shipping Costs:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds:

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
